In Issue 227, the countdown to Christmas officially begins this weekend as the village kicks off a season of celebrating with their annual tree lighting in Clan Gregor Square and Santa Claus parade - always ever mindful of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice so that we can enjoy such freedoms. Bayfield's Remembrance Day services will be held on Sunday at 11 a.m. In our photo story, we put on our fanciest rubber boots and head to Camp Klahanie where the sounds of delighted children at play can be heard once again after over four long years of silence.
